COVID-19, like many traumatic experiences that have caused psychological problems in humans throughout history, will have a negative psychological effect on everyone. Children are one of the groups most affected by destructive events such as pandemics, war, forced migration, and natural disasters in this context. Children are thought to be more negatively affected psychologically than other age groups due to the difficulty of making sense of all these COVID-19 experiences and a lack of self-expression skills.
